Terms of Service

The service

Tennis Score Tracker is software for tennis clubs to run singles and doubles leagues and tournaments - divisions, fixtures, score submission, and promotion/relegation between rounds. Clubs sign up to use the service, and their members join via a club-provided passcode.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account
• The details you give us (name, contact info) should be accurate, since other members rely on them to arrange matches
• One account per person - please don't create accounts on behalf of other people without their knowledge, except where your club has set up a placeholder profile for a member who doesn't want to use the app themselves

Club administrators

Clubs manage their own membership: who's allowed to join (via passcode), which divisions they're in, and reviewing disputed scores. We're not responsible for a club's own decisions about running its league - our role is providing the software that supports them.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Submit false or manipulated match scores
• Use another member's contact details for anything other than arranging matches
• Harass or abuse other members through the app or information obtained from it
• Attempt to scrape, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the service

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Match data and scores

Scores you submit become part of the shared league record and are visible to other members of that division. Either side can dispute a result or suggest an edit, and club admins can review and correct scores at any time - see how this works on the app itself.

Availability

We aim to keep the service reliably available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access - we may need to carry out maintenance, and things can occasionally break. We'll fix problems as quickly as we reasonably can.

Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the app (for example, a missed match because of a technical issue). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for fraud.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms, or at a club's request if you're no longer a member there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. If we make a significant change, we'll let members know via email or a notice in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
